Return & Exchange Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Marc Jacobs. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges( at customer expense for only damage items please read terms carefully) once an order has been processed and in carrier’s possession, or shipped, refunds or cancellations cannot be processed. 

We accept exchanges 1 time within 30 days of the delivery dat. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, without the tag removed, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will. Clearance items are not eligible for Exchange or Returns. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Shipping Costs: 

Customers are Responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are Non-Refundable.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen/damaged items.

Condition Inspection:

All exchange items are subject to inspection. if item does not meet our exchange criteria, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

If your Exchange is accepted, we will send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an Exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your preferred item is to return the item you in your possession. Upon receiving the item, it is inspected and an email notifying you of the items acceptance will be sent. Once the email is received, make a separate purchase for the new item.
