Once processing is complete, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 7-12 business days excluding holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier, destination, weather conditions, or high volume periods.
Estimated Delivery Time:
The total estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days from the date the order is placed. This includes both processing and shipping time.
Shipping Rates;
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and package weight.
Order Tracking;
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Responsibility;
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages;
Once and order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.
